There's good reason why CD Cases and DVD Cases have been the standard for disc packaging for so long. The fact that they are always in stock, cost-effective, and can accommodate a wide variety of printed inserts means that you can have a professional product ready quickly and at a price that meets your budget.

Precision Disc provides professionally replicated CDs and DVDs in cases beginning at just 300 units, but if you require a smaller quantity of discs we can supply you with short-run CDs or DVDs in cases in quantities between 10 and 200 units.

FAQ: Discs in CD Cases and DVD Cases

» What is meant by "replicated discs"?
Replication is the highest quality and most durable way to manufacture your CDs or DVDs - it's also commonly referred to as 'pressed' or 'stamped' discs. Every disc is custom made and imprinted with your data from polycarbonate pellets that are injection-molded into their finished size and shape. Our minimum order requirement for replicated discs is just 300 units, which means you get the best quality product without having to order 500 or 1000.

» Can you provide graphic design services?
Yes. We can provide you with graphic design services. Pricing depends on the amount of work you require so please contact us to discuss your design needs.

» Will the printing on my paper inserts be colour on all sides?
When you get a web-quote from us you will see that the paper inserts are quoted with 4/1 print (colour print on the covers, and black & white print on the inside pages) but there is also an 'upgrade' price shown if you want 4/4 print (colour print on the covers, and colour print on the inside pages). You choose 4/1 or 4/4, pay the appropriate price based on your quote, and supply your artwork accordingly.

» Are other case styles available?
Yes. While the case styles shown here are definitely the most popular, other styles are available but may cost a bit more. Give us a shout to discuss your specific requirements.

» Can I get fewer than 300 units?
If you require fewer than 300 units there is no problem because we can provide short-run discs in CD Cases and DVD Cases in quantities as low as 10 units. Click here to get a quote on quantities ranging from 10 to 200 pieces.

» Are the printed paper inserts recyclable?
Yes. All of our printed paper inserts are made from eco-friendly materials, are printed in an eco-friendly manner, and are 100% recyclable.

» What is the standard 'finish' for the printed paper inserts?
Technically speaking, the paper stock we use for our printed paper inserts is 100# gloss text - which is the industry standard. Despite the use of the word 'gloss', the paper finish is actually a semi-gloss or 'satin' finish. Other finishes and materials can be provided but will require a custom quotation - please contact us with your specific needs and we will be happy to help you.
